see yourself differently

see the world magically

My vision—through the cultivation of art, creativity, and joy—is to build a community of people who are speaking, living, acting, and loving from a place of alignment with their highest selves in order to transform the world. My purpose is to excavate people’s wildest dreams so that they are living in integrity with their soul’s true calling. I believe that, in order to realize this, folx need to be able to truly see themselves and each other and to recognize how we are all connected to one another and to the creator. I understand that life is full of challenges and injustices, and in the face of this, I believe that life can be joyful, inspired, meaningful, and fun!

My work toward this vision includes the recognition of three crucial, interconnected elements:

CONNECTION

Gathering Spaces for Purpose-Finding

SPIRITUALITY

Coaching into Alignment

CREATIVITY

Art-making, Intuition & Play

My place is straddling two worlds. I believe that true alignment and growth happens somewhere in between heaviness and humor. My intervention is at the intersection of pain and joy, at the site of the wound where the light enters you (Rumi). I thrive in that in between place where one can sense that something beautiful is on the horizon, but, is not yet past the sorrow of what exists. This is why I, a New Orleanian, love jazz funerals and, why, in the midst of the racial uprisings of 2020, I created an event with very public Black families where I guided them through remembrance and celebration of their murdered loved ones.

I hope that you can join our community of Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and queer people of all races as we excavate aimlessness, indecisiveness, grief, and abandoned dreams to uncover the artistic expression, love, and freedom that is waiting to be unearthed. The world is waiting for you to awaken and to receive the beautiful gifts that you are destined to bring forth. We need you and I hope that you will join us!

As we say in New Orleans, “Laissez les bons temps rouler!” (let the good times roll!)
