Salimah utilizes a variety of techniques including future visioning, assessment of needs and values, inner guide work, and shadow/parts work to help clients in (1) overcoming personal and professional life-blocks, (2) navigating life transitions, and (3) discovering their life’s purpose. Through the coaching process, solutions to these inquiries come from the clients themselves as she harnesses the wisdom of the body, intuition, creativity, and powerful inquisitiveness. This inner exploration allows clients to gain access to the knowledge of what they truly want in life and to see how that is connected to something bigger than us all. Salimah is also a dancer, singer, and amateur guitarist who believes that creativity is a pathway to alignment and that alignment allows for a direct connection to the divine.

Salimah uses a holistic and innovative approach to her coaching practice that is grounded in supporting clients to live a life in alignment with their core values. This is in line with Salimah's life purpose which is—through the cultivation of art, creativity, and joy—to build a community of folx who are speaking, living, acting, and loving from a place of alignment with their highest selves. Salimah is also a Black, femme, musician from New Orleans who was brought up in the Sufi tradition. She does individual coaching remotely.
